She has been practicing meditation techniques since 2007, and has been teaching since 2011. She completed training and certification of the international meditation alliance at Kashmir Shaivism School Of Yoga (India), specializing in Vinyasa flow.

Personal yoga practice for 17 year, teaching yoga - for 8 years. Huge experience of individual lessons with people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system (hernia, scoliosis, arthrosis), autoimmune, panic attacks and others.
